I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction performed by Dr.Wolf. Iβm from NYC and was desperate to get immediate care that wouldnβt cost me my left kidney. Everywhere I called in NYC needed at least 2 weeks, and I was in so much pain I really needed care asap. Finally found this office, they seemed to have experience with wisdom tooth extractions that I didnβt see (in google reviews at least) in other places. The entire surgery was done quickly and painlessly. Its been a day and the pain has already significantly reduced to the point I feel well enough to eat again. The office is well managed and though I had to pay out of pocket, its half of the starting cost in NYC. Would recommend to anyone needing to immediate care and honestly would be my dentist of choice moving forward. Dr Wold had great bedside manner, explained what would happen during the surgery that helped reduce my anxiety. I really appreciated how thoughtful she was in considering the travel Iβd have to take to come back to the office while making herself accessible. Can say the same for the rest of the staff too. I am really thankful that I got great care from them

Had the worst experience here. I had a palatal torus removal that healed horribly. Huge parts of my palate began rotting and falling off as the stitches pulled apart entirely. I scheduled a follow-up on December 29th as we waited for granulation tissue to fill in, and when I arrived on the morning of the 29th I was told that they had rescheduled my appointment for 3 hours later. They had the audacity to tell me to my face that they had called me and left me a voicemail on December 15th, telling me they rescheduled that appointment. No voicemail received, no missed call in my records, and they never once in two weeks followed up. Now I need to go to an entire different office a week and a half from now for my follow up after being gaslighted by their front office. Atrocious service, never go here. I blocked off my morning for this, now I'm going in to work late with nothing to show for it
